Happy New Year~♪
Are you still pumped and focused to work towards your new year resolutions?
I was working hard on the 31st to come up with “100 things to do in 2015”.
It took a good few hours, but I think it really helped me to clarify and focus on where I’m heading.
I’m looking forward to sharing many holistic ideas with you again this year.
Recently, I received a couple of comments:
While some my clients do enjoy the aroma of essential oils at home for themselves and for their dogs, there are people who are interested but have not tried it yet.
Examples for using essential oils
- Make a coconut oil based ointment with essential oils that have skin healing properties for dry, itchy, and irritated skin like in the photo. (My dog, who had an allergic reaction to a certain type of flea medication.)
- Create a dental care extract with essential oils that are sterilizing, anti-bacterial or astringent.
- Loosen up the joints and muscles with essential oils that have calming/sedative agents, or pain relief on joints and/or arthritis.
See, aroma therapy has a lot of practical applications!
NOTE: Aroma therapy classes are no longer offered. We currently offer: canine massage, cold laser and exercises. (2018)
